Congratulations to Rachel Csutoros who completed our Individual 3-Month Nutrition Coaching Program and found big results by making small, real-world adjustments. One of the best things we get to do here at SoMoved Nutrition is help people find solutions that help them reach their performance and body composition goals while being totally real-world manageable with their lifestyle.
Rachel adjusted a few key nutritional approaches that helped her lose more than 5% body fat, while gaining nearly 20% muscle quality, and several pounds of lean body mass. More importantly, Rachel tells us she feels great, is performing even better in her workouts and has adopted new doable habits that can carry her forward. Here’s what Rachel shared with us about her SoMoved Nutrition journey the last few months:
“I am so thankful for Sarah and SoMoved Nutrition! I have been passionate about health and fitness for years and have been making a conscious effort to eat "healthy" foods for the last 6 years. I always attempted to eat as healthy as I could, but never could achieve the results I was looking for. I started Crossfit 2 years ago and again tried to achieve fitness results. While I did improve in workouts through consistently attending class for 5-6 days a week, my body composition still was not making the progress I wanted.
I finally decided to look for help and tried SoMoved Nutrition. Within the first month, I saw progress that I had been trying to attain for years. I was able to make small changes that made an actual difference even if my first month I was not as steady with the diet with many trips and travel. Sarah taught me the basics of food and macronutrients that helped me move to the next level. I am thrilled with my three month results physically, and in the gym.
