Mango Kale Smoothie

Looking for an alternative snack packed with protein, not a bar full of sugar and other curious ingredients? Here's a refreshing smoothie, great on a warm sunny day, or any day. Macronutrient Balance: 27g Protein / 5g Fat / 29g Carbohydrates - this makes 1 serving


  • 1 serving of plain greek yogurt (227 grams or 8 ounces)

  • 12 pieces of frozen mango chunks (you can slice your own and freeze or buy frozen...the freeze makes for a nice cool smoothie!)

  • 1 cup of kale

  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions: Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

This smoothie has a thicker consistency so if you want it a little thinner, add more water. Enjoy!
