Strawberry Peanut Butter Swirl Smoothie Bowls
This is absolutely delicious. It's got the consistency of a smoothie but with the added peanut butter drizzle, almonds and strawberry slices on top it's the perfect bowl. Additional toppings that would go really well with this are sliced bananas, chia seeds/flax seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serving size: This recipe makes 2 (9.5 ounce) servings

3 Tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter), divided
1 cup whole milk
8 strawberries - 7 for the blender and 1 sliced thin for topping
1 medium banana (about 4.2 oz)
1/3 cup 2% Fage greek yogurt
2 Tbsp almond slivers
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
In a blender, add 2 Tbsp of the nut butter, milk, strawberries, banana, cinnamon, hand yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 serving bowls
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining Tbsp nut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or less. Whisk and drizzle over each bowl.
Top the bowls with almond slivers and strawberry slices and serve.
