35 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes (a little over 2 lbs)
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
8 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Turn on grill and assemble chicken on skewers.
Cook on grill at low/medium heat for 15-20 minutes rotating every 5 minutes, or until chicken is done. The internal temperature should read 165.
Remove from grill and cover with foil to allow the chicken to let out some of its juices. Serve with your favorite Mediterranean inspired sides or check out our Chicken Tzatziki Bowl recipe to see how we assembled this into a complete meal!
