SoMoved Studios has grown to provide Expert Fitness Training from professional coaches, including personal training sessions customized for each athlete, youth training sessions supporting younger athletes, and Small Group Classes in our Boutique CrossFit Affiliate and Fitness Center in Herndon, Virginia. First Place Fitness Philosophy
As a team of expert, qualified coaches, we aim to support individuals with their specific performance and health needs through functional fitness training. Our approach creates space for all to benefit from building functional capacity and great health to elite fitness and competition. We leverage the CrossFit methodology in our group fitness as well as personal training to meet and support athletes where they are in their fitness journey.

Our 1PL team is made up of elite CrossFit Trainers (Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coaches, Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainers, CrossFit Seminar Staff Members, CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Trainers, CrossFit Kids Trainers, GoRuck Leaders, Endurance Coaches, Nutrition Coaches, and all with a host of training certifications across kids to masters populations). We offer one-off personal training sessions and discounted package deals for our clients to receive personalized training to meet their needs and goals.

Youth Personal Fitness Training
Our youth personal training is for those under 18 years old, from our team cleared and credentialed to work with youth athletes. Our aim is to provide general physical preparedness and athletic developmental skills that support youth sport goals and health and fitness for all.

Group Fitness Training Packages
Check out our group fitness packages and schedule! These are generally 4-6 week packages of small group functional fitness and CrossFit classes that happen several times per week, led by our expert CrossFit Trainers!
GROUP FITNESS CALENDAR (Coming Soon)
Our Ruck and WOD club has an ongoing schedule for a short hike/weighted Ruck, and a workout to follow. Designed for all levels, the club meets up at First Place CrossFit and heads out 2-3 times per month for the Ruck and concludes with a Workout of the Day at First Place CrossFit. Fun for all!
