SoMoved was founded in 2010 by fitness and nutrition coach, Sarah Mills, as a discussion forum to further the sharing of information about nutrition, fitness, performance, and healthy lifestyles. Sarah evolved her nearly two-decades of coaching endurance and CrossFit athletes into supporting the foundational nutrition needs of elite and everyday athletes and people, in groups and as individuals.
