Want to use our creamy Avocado "Pasta" Sauce for a great dish? This is it! Super simple and easy to prepare.

1 serving of our Avocado "Pasta" Sauce
1 small spaghetti squash
3 oz shrimp
1/2 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Slice spaghetti squash into 1.5 inch round pieces and lay out on a cookie sheet, season both sides with salt and pepper.
Bake spaghetti squash for 15 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until ready.
While the spaghetti squash is cooking, season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil on medium heat in a skillet and add shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional minute or until pink is shrimp. Remove and set aside.
Once spaghetti squash is done, remove the seeds from the inside rings and the peel. Toss with avocado sauce and top with shrimp.
