Macronutrient Balance: 21g Protein / 13g Fat / 3g Carbohydrates - this makes 1 serving
2 slices of prosciutto
1 oz of fresh mozzarella
4 medium sized asparagus - cut off an inch at the bottom of each and discard
Lay prosciutto out flat
Add 1/2 oz of mozzarella and two asparagus at the end and roll. Repeat for the second one.
On an electric grill or a pan, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray and pan sear on both sides until prosciutto is crispy and mozzarella begins to melt. Serve right away!
