Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella & Asparagus

Looking for a great crowd pleaser for an appetizer or even a great snack that's high in protein? We've got a easy recipe that results in a nice salty and crunchy starter for any meal.

Macronutrient Balance: 21g Protein / 13g Fat / 3g Carbohydrates - this makes 1 serving


  • 2 slices of prosciutto

  • 1 oz of fresh mozzarella

  • 4 medium sized asparagus - cut off an inch at the bottom of each and discard


  1. Lay prosciutto out flat

  2. Add 1/2 oz of mozzarella and two asparagus at the end and roll. Repeat for the second one.

  3. On an electric grill or a pan, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray and pan sear on both sides until prosciutto is crispy and mozzarella begins to melt. Serve right away!
