Prosciutto & Melon

Our clients are always looking for different sorts of snacks, and this one has a luxury to it that makes it appropriate as a snack or even a starter for a dinner party! A nod to some time living in Italy, here's the prosciutto e melone of your dreams.

Serving size: This recipe makes 1 serving 

Macronutrient Balance: 10g Protein / 4g Fat / 14g Carbohydrate


  • 6 oz RipeCantaloupe Melon

    • 2 oz Prosciutto di Parma

    • 1/2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Slice the Melon into wedges (you can even do small cubes and wrap those!)

  2. Gently wrap prosciutto slice around each melon wedge.

  3. Do a light quick drizzle of the balsamic vinegar over top and enjoy!
