Broccolini on the menu! This is a really easy recipe that goes great with grilled meats such as pork tenderloin and steak. We threw this easy side dish together and enjoyed it al fresco with a rosemary garlic grilled pork tenderloin, tomato mozzarella salad, and some grilled corn; just to give you some inspiration!

8 oz broccolini
2 garlic cloves - cut into slivers
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp crushed black peppercorn
zest of one lemon
juice of half a lemon
half lemon sliced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In an iron skillet toss the broccolini with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Zest an entire lemon over the broccolini and then squeeze the juice of only half the lemon.
Cut the other half of the lemon into thin slices (about 4) and put two underneath the broccolini and two on top.
Roast for 10 minutes and then broil on high for two additional minutes.
Serve with some protein!
