Goat Cheese-Stuffed Dates


Looking for a sweet treat that's also a little salty and creamy? A great holiday appetizer go-to, doesn't even require cooking (although baking dates area amazing, too! Need to be dairy free? Consider stuffing the dates with some pecans - like having pie without the crust!


Macronutrient Balance: 6g Protein / 5g Fat / 24g Carbohydrates - this makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 5 dates - pitted

  • 1 oz herbed goat cheese, divided into 5 parts

Instructions:

  1. Slice dates down the middle.

  2. Stuff dates with goat cheese and serve!
