1 container of chicken bone broth (2 cups)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
4 chives - chopped into small pieces
salt to taste
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, pour in chicken bone broth, ground ginger and garlic powder and bring to a boil.
While broth is boiling, whisk together two eggs.
Once the broth is done/boiled, use a spoon to swirl the broth in a circular motion to create a whirlpool and slowly pour in "drop" eggs to create long ribbons.
Remove from heat, mix in chives and season with salt.
