Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Salad dressings are often the poor nutrition culprit destroying the perfectly healthy salad. We like to mix up our dressings and this one is super creamy, delicious, and different. Try it out with our Southwestern Chopped Salad or your favorite salad! It definitely has a stronger garlic tone to it so if you want to take it down a notch use one clove vs. two. We also recommend that you use this within 5 days of making it. 

Macronutrient Balance:  1g Protein / 16g Fat / 5g Carbohydrates - this makes 4 (2-ounce) servings


  • 1/2 avocado

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp 2% plain greek yogurt

  • 1.5 limes - juice

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 cup cilantro - with stems

  • 1/8 cup water

  • pinch of salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend for 1 minute.

  2. Add water for a thinner dressing consistency.

  3. Refrigerate and use within 5 days.
