Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Looking for an easy side dish to go with some protein? These cinnamon roasted sweet potato wedges would compliment any protein pretty well. 

Macronutrient Balance: 2g Protein / 5g Fat / 24g Carbohydrates (This recipe makes 4, 4 ounce cooked servings)



  • 1 lb of sweet potatoes - cut into wedges, skin on

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. Spread out sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Use hands to mix around and coat the wedges evenly.

  3. Place the sheet in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

  4. Pull the sweet potato wedges out after 15 minutes, flip over and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  5. Return back to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until finished.
