Chopped Italian Salad

Looking for an easy salad that doesn't require much prep at all? This is a really refreshing and easy salad to make for lunch on hot summer days and it's packed with a ton of great flavors. 

Macronutrient Balance:

30g Protein / 36g Fat / 24g Carbohydrates - this makes one serving


  • 4 cups chopped romaine

  • 3 oz chopped cucumber

  • 2 oz diced roma tomato

  • 5 kalamata olives

  • 1 oz sliced mild banana pepper rings

  • 2 oz black pepper turkey breast - sliced into thin strips

  • 6 slices of hard salami - sliced into thin strips

  • 1 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 2 Tbsp Italian dressing 


  1. Chop ingredients to your desired size and add to a bowl.

  2. Toss with Italian dressing and serve!
