Balsamic Vinaigrette


Store-bought salad dressings bring us down because they are usually loaded with preservatives and added/hidden sugars. Why not make your own? Here's a really easy-to-whip-up balsamic vinaigrette using three simple ingredients, and it's perfect for any salad and compliments an array of proteins, too. It can even be used as a delicious marinade for your favorite meats.


Macronutrient Balance: 0g Protein / 7g Fat / 2g Carbohydrates - This recipe makes 6 (1Tbsp) servings


Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard


Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients.

  2. Toss into your salad!

  3. Store the rest (can be refrigerated) for later (shake and pour when ready).
